We do not currently ship outside of the UK from the website, however please register your interest at sales@natureldream.co.uk so that we can keep you informed, things are constantly developing and we would love to hear from you.

Whenever possible small parcels will be sent via Royal Mail second-class and recorded delivery traceable to delivery & to keep delivery/ postage costs to a standard minimum. We are constantly striving to give our customers great products and services at affordable rates –  larger parcels will usually be sent via courier to keep costs at a minimum.

FOR ORDERS OVER £400.00 Please contact sales@natureldream.co.uk or call us for live correct shipping costs. We will need your order requirements to quote the shipping costs. We will arrange everything based on weight, dimensions and location of the delivery address post code. Many thanks!

Should you require your order urgently – please contact us at sales @natureldream.co.uk before placing your order for an estimated dispatch date. We will do our very best to assist you but please bear in mind that due to our products being handmade, we only carry a small amount of stock. This keeps our products as fresh as possible. Orders will dispatched within 7 – 14 working days (usually sooner) after receipt of payment.

Once your order has been dispatched to you any further delivery costs that may occur for whatever reason will be payable by the customer.
