Naturel Dream Returns Policy

We hope is that all our products reach you in good condition. If you’re disappointed in any way please let us know, please be sure to email: sales@natureldream.co.uk

However this cancellation right does not apply in the case of a Contract for the supply of sealed cosmetics goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed and unsuitable for resale after delivery.

We do not accept returns or refund  SAMPLE 16 g POTS of body butter/ natural moisturisers these are designed and produced for the purposes of small samples to try.

If your products are opened/not suitable for resale these items are non returnable.

You must send a cancelled order/ item/s back through the cancelled orders process accompanied with a returns note, which will be sent to you via email after your cancellation request to sales@natureldream.co.uk

First contact us via email and you will receive a returns note to fill in.

Please follow the instructions on the returns slip within 14 days of the beginning of the contact. The beginning of the contract will be from the date the order is despatched.

Returns will be inspected and refunds will be processed within 7-14 days after goods are received back at Naturel Dream. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment only and (please note refunds can take between 3 -5 days to show on your account once processed.)

Sorry we are unable to refund purchases made at any other outlets or stockists.

COSTS for the return postage/courier of the goods will be your responsibility to pay. Please RETAIN proof of postage/courier in the unlikely event that the parcel does not reach us.

Naturel Dream reserve the right to change packaging where wrapping on packaging shown in no longer available also Naturel Dream change packaging and wrapping to move closer to improved sustainability and carrier/courier companies requirements.

This policy does affect your statutory rights.

Information and sharing views

Naturel Dream website is designed to help inform you on our products, give opinions and represent views on the blog, website or other media not exclusive to previously mentioned. However all opinions and views are reserved as that and they do not intend to replace medical or professional advice.

Deliveries

Royal Mail and other courier companies will generally carry out deliveries. We will use a range of courier companies that are well priced so that you can receive your order affordably.

Royal Mail’s prices have gone up and so large/heavier packages are best sent via courier usually.

International orders

We do not ship outside the United Kingdom at present. But please do register your interest at sales@natureldream.co.uk we would love to hear from you.

Regrettably some post codes can be hard to post parcels out to, so if for any reason the post office or courier company cannot deliver to your address in the U.K, we will contact you and make a refund to the original method of payment.

It is your responsibility to comply with all requirements for returns including the costs to return the product/s with the completed returns note.

Naturel Dream will take great care to ensure you receive your parcel. However we will not be made liable to any losses that occur through lost packages/parcels once we have mailed the goods. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage that can occur in transit.

Lead Time for dispatch

Naturel Dream creates and produces your products by hand with love and care. It is our aim to dispatch all orders within 7- 14 days (but usually sooner) after receipt of payment. However due to the nature of the business we reserve the right to take up to 30 days to dispatch your order. This time frame is very unlikely for small orders. However very large orders may take this lead-time to be dispatched. You will be notified if the order will take longer. Any urgent orders please do email sales@natureldream.co.uk or call for an estimated time of dispatch. We will do our very best to assist you.

Depictions/descriptions

Naturel Dream take all reasonable care to ensure that descriptions, details and prices of our products on our website are accurate. However errors, human or otherwise can occur. We cannot guarantee that the product images you see are an exact representation; for example colours or textures may differ from the images or videos shown on the website due to your computer/device screen resolution or settings. Also Naturel Dream formulated products are all hand made and unique so they may vary in texture or colour.

Errors can sometimes occur in the pricing etc. Prices may change and offers maybe withdrawn at any time. Offers and promotions maybe available online only. Please check the terms of the relevant offer. All orders are subject to availability. Naturel Dream reserves the right to end promotions at any time.

Order details

Please ensure you give all correct and up to date details on check out including Full address, post code and (telephone contact number.) These details are important for our records, delivery and courier companies. They are paramount for the accurate processing of your order: If we are unable to contact you to verify any details that will prevent delivery to you. We may cancel the whole order or part of the order and process the remainder of the order at our discretion.

Payments

Payments will be made with the method of your choice by using our shopping cart and selecting the proceed to check out button that will take you through to PayPal to pay and you can check out using either your pay pal account OR pay using EITHER your DEBIT OR CREDIT Card through PayPal’s checkout gateway which is secure. All products remain the property of Naturel Dream until receipt of full and cleared payment is received.
